PUBLISHING MANAGEMENT

If you have songs distributed and are earning significant streams on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, you have two types of royalties to collect - mechanical and performance royalties. Performance Rights Organizations (PRO's) only collects half of what your song earns, often in just one territory or country. We handle the registering your song in more than 215 countries and territories, making sure you don't leave money that your songs are earning on the table!

We also manage the registration & administration of statutory licenses for sound recording copyrights, primarily through the collection and distribution of royalties for sound recording performances. These royalties are collected from digital performance of sound recordings, not just in America, but around the globe. This pays featured and non-featured artists and master rights owners for the non-interactive (i.e Internet radio) use of sound recordings with respect to statutory licenses. Distribution of Fund statements provides detailed reports summarizing the titles, featured artists, royalty amounts for each of the sound recordings performed by the statutory licensees.
