Artist Management
Artist managers shape their clients' careers both in a day-to-day and long-term sense. Artists Managers often help clients book gigs, plan album projects, orchestrate record releases and tours, create marketing and merchandising strategies, get paid for their work, and establish and pursue long-term career goals. However, a manager's job can extend far beyond this; they are their clients' advocate, which can mean negotiating record contracts, mediating interpersonal conflicts within the artist, fighting on behalf of the artist who's not receiving the treatment agreed upon in a contract. Perhaps even intervening on a client's behalf with labels, producers and promoters. Even helping a client improve their mental and physical health. In response to shifts in the music industry, managers devote more time to leveraging a band's brand equity to create revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
WHAT WE DO FOR OUR ARTISTS
We realize each artist is not created equal in terms of where they are in their music careers. Each artist will be in different stages, which will translate to different needs. We utilize the resources & relationships that have been built over the years to give our managed artists the tools they need to advance in their music careers. This begins with cultivating an artist for success through getting know the artist, their goals, but most importantly, the artist overall brand. Not the one size fits all brand but the individual brand. We are always willing to help artists with any resources we have.... Some artist may benefit from our current resources while others may even be beyond our current scope. Regardless, we are always seeking artists to manage who have a unique feel & sound... one that exudes natural talent.
Managed artists are privy to all services that we provide whether it is distribution, marketing & promotion, publishing management or booking. There is a flat monthly management fee dependent on services needed/provided.
